New Residence - Budgewoi

Landscaped gardens lead you to the double entrance doors giving a feel of grandeur even before you enter. The granite stairway gives the effect of drawing visitors upstairs, glass bricks were used in both the stairway wall and upstairs living areas to maintain privacy and take advantage of natural light. Angled windows, sashless windows and strategically placed porthole windows were used to gain maximum effect of the view.

Concealed metal beams were used to enable the raked ceiling to be supported within the roof structure, eliminating unsightly cross beams. The house has been fully automated with home entertainment, audio and security systems operating from a central point. Natural tones were used on internal and external walls, providing a visual contrast against the granite and marble finishes.
