New Residence - Booker Bay

The solution was to use large expanses of glass to provide uninterrupted water views. Curved windows and frameless glass balustrade were used to gain maximum effect. Laminated and tinted glass was selected for its solar and thermal qualities. Natural tones were used providing a visual contrast against the glazing.
Matching curved kitchen bench compliments the visual outlook. The stairway gives the effect of drawing visitors to the water views. Features include a boat shape void to add to the theme. Concealed metal beams were used to enable the ceiling to be supported within the roof structure, allowing for the large expanses of glass.
