About Us - Building Design Central Coast

Whether building a new home, renovating or developing, it is important that you receive the right advice. Finding the right person to advise you is the most significant step you will take.

It is important to realise that good design doesn’t necessarily cost you more money but enhances your investment. Poor design wastes your money and reduces your capital.

We take great pride in our work and provide a professional building design service. All building designs are tailored to meet your needs whilst offering unique features.

Sustainable Design

LAW is committed to environmentally sustainable design (ESD).

By using energy efficient design we can significantly reduce heating and cooling costs. Our homes exceed the minimum requirements under the BASIX (building sustainability) code.

We offer an affordable energy efficient design from the passive solar design right up to full sustainable outcomes with high end inclusions.
